Harvey Nguyen, President
Having started several businesses in different industries in the private sector, Harvey brings tremendous entrepreneurial and business development talents to the company. He has been instrumental in defining and developing Conceras' culture, mission objectives, human resources, and sales & marketing strategies. As President, Harvey's responsibilities encompass a wide range of areas, including: organizational development, implementation of business strategies, business engagements, and oversight of corporate finances. Harvey holds a B.S. degree in Decision Sciences & Management Information Systems from George Mason University, where he was twice honorably selected and invited by the university's Global Exchange Study Program to study at Oxford University in England.
Tom Woodward, Chief Executive Officer
Tom founded Conceras in 2006, coming from the MITRE Corporation where he was a Senior Network Systems and Distributed Systems Engineer. Tom is passionate about the work ethic and reputation of Conceras. Tom's focus is on delivering quality and innovative technical solutions to Conceras' clients, and he is committed to accountability. To create a positive and energetic corporate culture, he is fully utilizing the talents and capabilities of each team member, bringing innovation to the customer, and allowing all personnel to contribute to the vital decision making of the company. With 20 years of experience across the entire systems lifecycle, Tom is hands-on with technology. In the last two years, he has led research and development initiatives in virtualization, open source technologies, Storage Area Networks, IPv6, portal frameworks, and high availability and disaster recovery solutions. Tom holds a B.S. in Decision Sciences and Management Information Systems from George Mason University.
